An older couple wanted to make sure their grandkids can afford college.

“It just keeps going up and up and up,” they told me. Trust me, I couldn’t agree more.

We decided the best course of action was to create a revocable living trust, transfer all their assets into it, and set the trust up to only help pay for the grandkids’ college expenses.

At first they were hesitant, but, after talking, they realized that this was the most effective (and cheapest) option to make sure their wishes happened no matter the circumstance.

The process was relatively simple; we took their information over the phone, drafted the documents, exchanged a couple of drafts, and we made sure that every grandchild had the opportunity to qualify for the funds that their loving grandparents wanted to get them.

At the end of the day, their accounts are set up and ready to go. The grandparents are already helping their grandkids out, and, if anything were to happen to the grandparents, the grandkids are still protected from the ever-increasing costs of college.

We’d be more than happy to help any grandparent (or anyone else) make sure their specific wishes happen no matter the circumstance! Feel free to reach out today.
